We are a private firm of project managers, cost consultants, and health and safety specialists. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive service to our clients for their construction projects. Working with design consultants we aim to define and achieve our clients objectives.
We work throughout the UK from our Cardiff office and in association with our sister company, Wakemans.
The project management division focuses on understanding our clients business requirements and interpreting them into appropriate briefs and proposals. We aim to deliver to budget and programme keeping our clients appropriately informed at all stages.
Fundamentally clients have a budget with which to work and want to know that they are achieving the right value for money. Through various sophisticated tools and procedures we are able to provide clear and straightforward advice on all financial matters.
Current legislation puts significant responsibility and liability on clients in procuring building projects. Our health and safety division seek to provide a reassuring personal service in guiding through and ensuring compliance.
