Staybridge Suites Completion

Cardiff's first apart-hotel has opened it's doors to the public!

The stunning IHG Staybridge Suites Hotel overlooks the East Dock in Cardiff Bay, and forms an extension to the existing Holiday Inn Express, which successfully continued it's operations during construction. 

The extension includes 73 long-stay apartment suites, an envious roof terrace with views across the Bay, as well as a 24-hour convenience store, gym, laundry facilities and meeting room.

Lee Wakemans is proud to have delivered both cost management and Employer's Agent services for this project, which was completed in August 2021 with the support of a fantastic team including contractor Carter Lauren Construction.
