We delivered these offices as a single contract. The works comprised the fit out of an existing B1/B2/B6 use facility to provide 7550m² two storey offices, double height workshop/laboratory areas, a new car park and associated external works.

The project was run under an NEC3 Option A contract, delivered on time and within budget, with a construction period of 7 months.
